What we collect

When you subscribe we collect your first name, email address and phone number, the page you subscribed from, and the date and time you gave consent.

How we use it

We use your email address to send The Ontario Money Brief, and your phone number only for occasional texts about new issues of the Brief. We do not sell or share your information, and we do not use it to market insurance or any other financial product. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.

Who processes it

The newsletter is delivered through beehiiv, which stores your subscription on our behalf. A backup copy of your signup is kept on our own server.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link at the bottom of every issue. To ask us to access, correct or delete your information, reply to any issue of the Brief.

Analytics and cookies

We may use privacy-friendly analytics and advertising measurement tools to understand which pages and campaigns are useful.
